Well, today was the inter-house soccer tournament. Pierce A did quite well i guess. 2 wins and 2 draws. We managed to qualify for the semi-finals tomorrow! Woohoo! Hope we can make it all the way to the finals. At least take something back from the last year here at YJ since the A division is over and done with. Tomorrow we will lift the name of Pierce to greater heights. Well actually, we will just be playing for glory. Haha. Good luck to all the other semi-finalists as well.
Had dinner with meifong and eunice. The unluckiest of things happened. Eunice lost her wallet today. She was really torn up about it and i felt so helpless as i could do nothing to get the wallet back. We lodged a report at the interchange and all we can do now is hope that a kind soul will return the wallet back to her. The feeling of helplessness of seeing bad things happen to good people and not being able to do anything to remedy the situation is indeed one of the worst feelings that one can experience.Sometimes all you can do is be there for them and help them through the bad times.
